OxDNA Conference and Workshop 2026

Join us for five days of research, collaboration, and coding/brainstorming in nucleic acid nanotechnology modeling with (not only) oxDNA tools.

Format

Days 1-3 (Feb 16th - 18th): Scientific Conference
Days 4-5 (Feb 19th - 20th): Coding Hackathons

Registration

No registration fee required. Available places are filled on first-come first-serve basis, please register using the link at the bottom of the page.

Event Schedule

The conference will involve invited talks as well as contributed short talks and poster sessions. The coding hackathon after the conference will involve tutorials, brainstorming and work on joint projects (or implementation of any new features that will be requested during conference).

The workshop will take place at the Center for Biological Physics on Tempe campus of Arizona State University.
